Newest pending!!!

August!?

I can not believe it is August already! The month of July flew by faster than I ever remember - that is scary. Between working in the real estate world, bartending at Side Street Cafe, cleaning a rental cottage, catering on a boat, and babysitting my nieces it is no wonder that time is flying. Making hay while the sun shines as my mother would say.....hopefully I'll be able to live off some of this hay during the winter!

As far as real estate goes, I recently sold a home to dear friends of mine and even though the deal was somewhat complicated I was so happy to have worked with them in buying their FIRST home! There are also some great new listings and a new pending I'm working on - keeping my fingers crossed!
